If it's dangerous now, it's an emergency.
- A tree or large limb that has come down, or is hung up and could fall.
- Storm damage over a house, garden room, greenhouse or car.
- A tree blocking a driveway, access or road.
- A split trunk or hanging branch after high winds.
- A tree leaning noticeably more than it did, with lifted roots.
Before we arrive
Keep everyone safe first.

Keep well clear. Move people, pets and cars away from the tree and anything it could fall onto.

Never touch a tree on power lines. If it is anywhere near cables, treat them as live — keep back and call the network operator (105) as well.

Photograph the damage. Wide shots and close-ups — useful for us, and essential for your insurer.

Then call us. Describe what has happened, where you are and what is under the tree, and we will advise and get to you.
Insurance claims

Storm damage to trees is often covered by home insurance, but insurers want evidence and a clear description of the work. We photograph the damage and the work as we go, provide an itemised written account, and are happy to talk to your insurer or their loss adjuster directly. Make the tree safe first, keep every photo, and don't agree to anything with anyone knocking door-to-door after a storm.
